Sundays at 7:00am from Mane Coffee, 500 NE Spanish River Rd. Boca Raton.
Distance approx. 30-35 miles.
Pace: A Group 19-21, B Group 15-18
This is a community wide women's ride. Men can join as a recovery ride & lend support but let's give the women a ride where they can pull & work together, encourage each other, & get stronger together.
